Cultural Center 4 Audio-Visual Exchange (CCAVE) is an independent and autogestionary,  non profit, non religious, non militant, non commercial, and international organization, created in Dominican Republic, after July 8th,1984, established for: 1) make possible, within audio-visual, cultural, managemental experiences and social sciences, as projects as reflection fields: create new channels for projection emergent leaderships, improve popular appropriation in modernity codes (UNESCO) and new technologies, within experimental and creative and  participative methodologies; 2) design or promote social projects, programs or communitarian initiatives, celebrating diversity, friendship, solidarity, criticism, and creative process as complementary support for quality of life in creativity, citizenship, self-government and human development, as plural societies in Caribbean, Latin America and non industrialized nations in the world; 3) supporting on multigenerational, multicultural and multidisciplinary dialogues, research and free or uncensored debates, works of arts, qualify information flows about development’s contribution in services and products, manufactured and distributed by traditional or alternative medias, as tools for empowerment the family’s mental health 4) developing  a tolerant subjectivity, enrichment leisure’s times,  feedback and interaction with networks for share their collaborative experiences, as concrete freedom’s exercises and civics responsibility, looking for contributions on challenges derivate from techno-scientific revolution, into their own self-expression, and capacities for improve their own roles, on local social life and global citizenship.

II Mission.

 

To work and contribute to the visibility of vulnerable, urban and rural the sectors, MyPEs, cooperatives, agencies centralized and decentralized of government, just like municipalities or city councils, cultural industries and organizations of the civil society (OSC), in the paradigm’s transition and the reconvertion of the productive apparatus, and development model,  into non industrialized nations or communities, emphasizing the active role of the new technologies, collaborative alliances, networks, telework, and the democratic expression of the different actors and social actresses, by means of its organizations, just like the mediation of physical people in capacity and attitude to make the difference; in the global world, either like individuals or community of creators of values, symbols, original repertoires, of variable quality levels, or are these nascent ones, amateurs or professionals in their respective fields of performance; or like Co-responsibility of these from technical, scientific, technological or managemental functions of support, able to potencializar the cover or diffusion of such types of contents, methodologies, well practices or benchmarking, at national and international level, the time to sharpen institutional tools to motivate to the emergent talent, in the arts, Literature, sciences, the economic life, and audiences, like through the family, to rethink the function of the culture, in current days  of crisis and globalization, like space for the recognition, development of the self-esteem and the subjectivity, just like the intraregional Latin Caribbean-America, Caribbean commerce Third World, global Caribbean-community, rainbow and coffer of collective memory, like an emergent sector for the diversification of the exporting profile, from non industrialized countries and territories, thanks to the miniaturization and  digitalization of the registry systems, voice, video, data, and the displacement of the evaluations of the value chain towards intangible and cultural the linguistic diversity, represent new options of I engage in a dialog and cooperation, capacity to solve no structured problems and the imagination, constitute the high attributes but to develop in executives, communitarian leaders,  citizens and employees, for survival within global consumption, against wealthy and diversity of local cultures.

II.                Concepto y Carácter Organizacional de nuestros esfuerzos sociales.

 

Centro Cultural de Intercambio Audio-Visual (CCIAV) es una organización independiente, autogestionaria, no lucrativa, no religiosa, ni dependiente de ninguna fuerza político- partidaria, sindical o empresarial,  por la naturaleza de sus entornos de intervención puede afirmarse que se dedica a las tareas del desarrollo humano y sostenible, a partir de la revaporización del papel de la cultura, como totalidad concreta, en proporcionar respuestas capaces de agregar valor a la vida de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas, en sus familias y organizaciones, donde se hacen posible los diálogos, relativos a los retos y aprendizajes de la nuevas competencias y perspectivas para la gerencia de organizaciones, lucrativas y no lucrativas, su  fortalecimiento de la identidad institucional propia y al mismo tiempo involucrarse en sus respectivos paises de origen en alianzas, trabajos conjuntos en cluster, join ventures, consorcio por proyectos, suministro y evaluación de personal y capacidades free lance, dentro de la normativa de relaciones contractuales  o formales, lo mismo de organización a organización (B2B), como entre nuestra entidad y clientes finales (B2C), lo mismo en interacciones presenciales, como vía teleconferencia, o cualquier adminículo vinculante con los sistemas socio-técnicos o las nuevas tecnologías, para tareas de desarrollo individual, sectorial o institucional, a fin de que la contraparte alcance a  mejorar su contribución -en calidad, diversidad y profundidad- para las potencialidades de exportación de las economías locales y regionales, a partir de los bienes y servicios culturales, educativos y el impacto en la vida asociativa de las metodologías participativas, en el país o comunidad de su elección o donde están sus instalaciones operativas..

 

La organización tiene su base internacional en Republica Dominicana, aunque labora con voluntarios, aliados fundamentalmente de España, Estados Unidos, América del Sur y África, en menor medida dada la diversidad lingüístico-cultural del mismo.. La razón que ha mantenido a varios de los fundadores unidos estrecha y afectivamente a esta iniciativa, tiene que ver fundamentalmente con el hecho de que aunque hace poco más de dos décadas que venimos levantando la bandera de las industrias culturales, para ayudar a diversificar la cartera de productos y servicios de exportación dominicanos, por citar un ejemplo. Y que hemos estado motivando en tal sentido, de forma sistemática, en los eventos especializados a los cuales se nos invita, la receptividad de tal propuesta, que debió acelerarse luego de la Cumbre de Presidentes y Jefes de Estado, en Miami, Fla (1994) fue poco menos que nula, lo que permitió que se perdiera no solo dinero, que debió ingresar el país, a lo largo de tal periodo, sino también diversas oportunidades de alianzas.

 

La sociedad, a partir de sus autoridades del sector cultural, hace menos de dos años, que decidió abortar por primera vez en una evento publico auspiciado por un ministerio, las relaciones entre economía-industrias culturales y cultura. Situación que revela el retraso, en la velocidad de respuesta, con relación a otras naciones del Caribe y América Latina, donde dicho tema tiene cuarenta anos, perfeccionándose en las agendas de desarrollo, local, regional y nacional. existente para identificar, retroalimentar, monitorear, capitalizar y proyectar las ideas de innovación o reforma, brotadas de los y las ciudadanos y sus organizaciones, cuando estas traen implícito efecto derrama, o la posibilidad de un mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida, de cientos, sino miles puestos de trabajo, estacionales, la mayoría de ellos, pero otros fijos, para satisfacer la demanda de individuos y familias, en las que predomina hoy: el subempleado y  el desempleo, tanto de la ciudad como del campo.

 

Que tienen en común las organizaciones y personas con las cuales trabajamos, esto independientemente del hecho de que se encuentran en diferentes ramas de actividad o sectores de la, vieja y la “nueva”, economía?

 

  1. Honestidad e integridad.

 

Puesto que ha admitido que tienen un (os) problema (s) o limitaciones para seguir en solitario como Robinson Crussoe y no desean invertir en si mismos el tiempo de espera de la curva de aprendizaje, sino disponer de capacidades de calidad internacional, en el mismo momento en que se entrevistan o contactan, para un servicio, definido como capacitación, coatching, mentoring, pero cuyo destinatario (a), son los tomadores /as de decisiones en alguna rama de la trama institucional, gubernamental, municipal o privada, gremial, colegiada o similar.

 

Para quien desde el paradigma anterior, tiene toda su vida, viendo como “se manda” y dando ordenes, según los usos o practicas administrativas del paradigma anterior, mas aun con la tradición del pensamiento autoritario que tiño por ejemplo, buena parte de las naciones de América Latina, en los siglos XIX y XX , nunca resulta cómodo, ni reconfortante en principio, volver a aprender a confiar, previa capacitación adecuada, en las fuerzas de la motivación intrínseca y el desarrollo de compromisos con la excelencia de mediano y largo plazo, de sus equipos, presenciales y virtuales, cuya cooperación y cohesión demanda una organización como empleador, o contratante de servicios outsourcing, en recursos humanos.

 

Lo expresado anteriormente la importancia de internalizar humildemente, la necesidad de un viraje a los modos de interacción, a las formas de pensar, analizar, motivar, recompensar, entrenar y evaluar a las personas, dentro de una organización-cliente, como recurso esencial para el logro de metas y objetivos, ya sean estos lucrativos o de interés social, por parte del liderazgo de las organizaciones- clientes y en función de su carácter o naturaleza, en cada caso, constituye el primer punto a definir, en un acuerdo de fortalecimiento institucional,  puesto que las personas, son las protagonistas de la implementación, calidad en la evaluación, retroalimentación y ejecución de cada subproceso, a nivel departamental o de toda una organización.

 

Las personas sólo participan con todo el potencial que poseen, si asumen desde su interior que realizar con excelencia la tarea, también los ayuda a autorrealizarse, a ser aceptados, amados, admirados y valorados por la sociedad a la cual sirven. La autorrealización o la felicidad, del empleado o del cliente, es por supuesto un material de los resortes conscientes e inconscientes, que desbordan con mucho la supervisión física, el diseño de puestos de trabajo y el propio contrato regulador, de las  relaciones formales entre su organización y los miembros de su personal.

 

Comprometerse con todo el potencial de cada quien es un acto de libertad, de soberanía personal, de involucrarse no desde la ley del menor esfuerzo, sino del Involucramiento a los objetivos y metas, compartidos en la visión personal del desarrollo de carrera y los planes relativos a las exigencia de satisfactores crecientes en el bienestar y seguridad, de su propia familia.


Lo anterior solo se hace posible cuando los metas, objetivos y destino de cada proceso o subproceso de trabajo, son conocidos mediante un sistema de retroalimentación, basado en sistemas de información actualizados, contextualizados, veraces, completos y adaptados flexiblemente, a las capacidades de comprensión –limitada básicamente por las experiencias anteriores o el nivel de escolaridad- de cada uno de los miembros del equipo, departamento u organización, con estrategias y canales comunicacionales de amplio espectro, capaces de generar entusiasmo, movilizar sinergias y expectativas, por el desafío de alcanzar el próximo escalón, en el sistema de perfeccionamiento continuo (kayzen), armonizando los intereses y metas de la organización, con los propios del estilo de vida , ciclo de vida y perfil, profesional y familiar, de cada empleado o relacionado, a la organización-cliente.

 

Los bienes y servicios que genera una entidad, son asumidos como propios, por cada persona que labora, permanente o temporalmente en su proyecto, ya sea este una empresa, una ONG, la gestión de un departamento o ministerio, una cooperativa, una parroquia, museo o universidad. Pero para que ello resulte deseable no para la junta de accionistas de una empresa o para un partido político, que desea hacer lo mejor posible para volver a la alcaldía o al ministerio, en una coalición, hace falta, pues, que el técnico, el empleado, independientemente de su contribución en tal sentido, se sienta en un entorno de crear, proyectar y desarrollar valores compartidos, para satisfacer con excelencia, necesidades, deseos de otros, a cambio de lo cual recibe una compensación material o no, como en el caso de los voluntarios, pero en su vida afectiva o interior, obtiene además: experiencias útiles, refuerzo de la justificación su  sentido de la vida, de por que esta participando en esa organización concreta y no en otra y satisfacción, porque ha desarrollado alternativas, reflexionando en cómo le gustaría ser tratado en una situación similar, además de disponer de los resultados, sobre estudios relativos a lo que desea y valora por sobre todas las cosas el cliente en distintos escenarios del encuentro o prestación del servicio.

 

El o ella, al saludar al cliente, en cada interacción, personal o virtual: el es la única persona, que representa a la organización, en todo lo bueno o lo malo que tal encuentro pudiera tener, derivar o resultar, cuando efectúa tareas rutinarias, como tomar el teléfono, responder un e mail, saludar a un nuevo cliente o administrar la información de interés para la inducción o acogida de este, dentro de una organización.

 

Actuar o no, con excelencia, centrado en los procesos capaces de agregar valor y ser considerados o percibidos como relevantes por la organización-cliente o por un cliente individual, tiene que partir de un hecho: la producción de satisfactores a la medida, no la aplicación de formulas genéricas, puesto que en la diferenciación, descansa un porcentaje importante de que una idea pueda llegar a cristalizarse de manera sostenible, en términos afectivos, de capacidades y  económicos, incluso, en un mundo de interconexiones y rabioso aumento de la competencia, que hoy vivimos.

 

Las personas, a nivel individual o en los equipos de trabajo en su organización tiene que “darles la gana de hacerlo”, de implicarse con todo su potencial y recursos, es por consiguiente, algo que va mucho mas allá de la definición de un puesto de trabajo, o de unos incentivos para gerentes, NO es algo que puede obtenerse por la fuerza, puesto que la esclavitud ha terminado.

 

Y las actitudes, valores o estados de animo, no pueden desarrollarse con precisión milimétrica en el contrato de trabajo, puesto que estarían así violando los derechos humanos del empleado, voluntario o asociado a una iniciativa, en sus esferas de intimidad y privacidad, de la protección del mundo psíquico de cada quien en la jornada de trabajo.

 

Entonces, precisamente ahí, en ese punto en que alguien anda buscando cómo hacerlo, nuestras experiencias, como CCIAV, en mas de 600 casos de proyectos exitosos, a lo largo de veinte anos, concurre hacia la meta de objetivos de calidad y expansión de la base de capacidades o competencias, en las organizaciones clientes. para conseguir la plena capacidad de participación, alegría, compromiso y creatividad entre organizaciones, proveedores y empleados, a fin de que amen de atraer, buenos perfiles profesionales, puedan las mismas proponer opciones de carrera, excitantes, satisfactorias, llenas de entusiasmo y desafío, para personal de distintas edades, y por ende, con diferentes prioridades y formas de visualizar el éxito y su proyección en la sociedad, a través de la organización-cliente, sostenible y en expansión constantes, en la cobertura de los beneficios, relacionados con la existencia de sus bienes y servicios  en la sociedad.

 

  1. Interés y compromiso, individual y estratégico.

 

El compromiso es una cuestión de actitud, de la puesta en accion de valores y cualidades como la: imaginación, la  perseverancia y la capacidad de aprender a aprender, en el proceso de toma de decisiones, a titulo personal y en la vida institucional, un ejercicio recurrente y retroalimentante  a lo largo de toda la vida.

 

Sin un cambio de actitud cualitativamente valioso para afrontar los desafíos del presente y el futuro, es imposible la sintonía con los cientes y sus necesidades, de alta productividad, retroalimentación ajustada a sus expectativas, calidad y niveles de personalización, en los bienes, servicios y procesos, que consciente o inconscientemente demandan.

 

Como en todos los cambios profundos de la mente y los hábitos de los seres humanos, no habamos de cambiar una pieza o refacción, dañada por una nueva y en plena capacidad de desempeño, sino por el contrario, de procesos, donde el principal insumo es el nivel de Involucramiento, actitud, acción e interés, del cliente en la obtención de la mejor de las soluciones a su alcance.

 

3. Tiempo y canales de comunicación fluidos, flexibles y transparentes.

 

La inversión en procesos de acompañamiento interinstitucional, como recursos auxiliares, en la tarea de alcanzar a contribuir a desarrollar soluciones de calidad y altos niveles de diferenciación, basándose en las aplicaciones de metodologías relativas a la adaptación de recursos o procesos propios de la  inteligencia emocional y la creatividad, para el logro de metas y objetivos corporativos compartidos por la alta gerencia, los accionistas, los lideres del personal, la gerencia media, los equipos de trabajo, los proveedores y clientes, y la sociedad a cuya satisfacción y retención procura servir, en calidad de cliente o beneficiario, de los mismos.
