If you are receiving this Christmas card is because at some moment of the year - and sometimes, during many years we have been trying to understand to us with you, within the framework of celebrating capacity and the passion, which it is the vocation by the contemporary alternative thoughts and the difference... for the profit of the goals and objectives, that has forced to us to des-learn the norms of the wild Capitalism of century XIX, to learn to play as team members , near or remote, but compatible, protected in the strategic logic: win-win in century XX and XXI.
To bet to construct by and from the symbiosis - and by the solipsism and individualism- the cheapest and judicious option has not turned out to save the times of delay of the curve of learning and the experience within the organizational and interorganizational development models - b2b, p2p, b2c- in the region, the otherness or non industrialized world and the planet in its totality.
Of you - your ways to see the life and the paradigms transition, your own world of values and cosmovisions as it guides for the your contribution and decision making, in the sphere of activity in which you have formed and you decided to contribute your shared in common aid- we have learned and we will continue learning so much, and this year end is perhaps the best one of the occasions to say to thanks, renewing the devotion and vocation by serving and to survive together, towards the conquest of excellence goals - in world-wide performance, management, quality, motivation and innovation, in 2005.
The point is that that these close, as if you are in frozen the antipodal ones of the planet, now watching after the key eye of the knitted cap, the snow-covered mountains, or the tundra or the forest, there is something approaches to us and does not let think to us, without counting one with the other: it is the force of the example, that independently as large as your organization or ours, impels us to the search of the other or the other, as complement in the diversity of contemporary cosmology and cyberculture, does not matter if these in winter or summer, as powerful and distinguished members in an universal family: human species, the sensible country within and across WWW, sweet and without borders, without any official language, to which we aspired - and to that you and we have I legitimize right, next to but of 6 billion souls who we traveled in this complex called ship the Earth and of which nor can, nor we are wanted, to lower.
Before the challenges, learning, opportunities and threats of the immediate future: it is not time of soliloquies, nor ostriches. It is hour of Advent, mystic, ecumenical, to give the face with optimism.

Many of us and we - with a libertarian, ancestral vein in many cases we confused the operacionality of the freedom, dreaming the direct democracy, the one of the Swiss corners, where everybody participates in everything, decides everything, votes by everything, although such deliberations consume a millenniums, in overhead costs by concept of the times of delay of communities and families who demand answers, outside our scopes of coordination or production, in the district, favela, the rural village, the jails, the hospitals, the kindergarten, the schools, the municipal advice, the cooperatives, the government, the municipality, the region, the companies and the organizations of the civil society.
There in the territorial communities where it coexists the panic and the resistance to the change, with all luck of commercial simplifications, on which it is and it is not the society of the information and the communication and like could benefit from then, the common man and common woman, of little schooling and practically without antecedents, in the experience to procure means of life in a world of men and women which they speak multiple languages and coordinate in networks for the work, the education, the social action or the leisure.

The democracy and the participation, are a very different thing, imply an intelligent decision, to manage, to induce, to motivate and to help to discover or to develop in each individual, anywhere in the world - based on his interests and intrinsic motivation within compatible, participative spaces for self realization, opportunities, of his vocation it shows and the commitment with the social causes of the local, national and global agenda of human development, thought about function not of which or we are mounted in comfortable staterooms of the potentiality - like coffer of the collective memory but based on which they have not been born, or not even they have found out that it exists such communitarian coffer and coexists with us, from other perspective and perceptions of the time, the space, the distance or the human communication. The government, the stablishment into the control for public policies, anywhere of the world, even at the beginning of century XXI, is not but the agile one of the decision- makers, although it is the only organ that has managed minimally to moderate the hunger of those who wish their destruction, to enthrone the "law" of the sharks and the sardines, in damage of the vulnerable sectors of the opportune decisions, on the base of the complete information, and its intelligent adaptation, to the paradigm of the flexible complexity and the specialization, depends the survival on our cultures, organizations and economies, in the times that run.
You do not lose the faith, if everything does not leave to the speed of your thoughts or the urgency of the social sectors, cultural, economic that we represented or we believe to represent: the life this changing. The life is now!

To be different, is also, the only guarantee to think, to participate and to construct - in the facts the values, the goals and inclusive objectives that give sense to our life, the notion of which another world, less inclement, less indolent, is possible so plural and unique, as the human imagination.
After know that you exist, after see our multiple focus of interest and commons view points, we started to feel us less alone on the cyber universe. Please, let´s do it together: lets to keep running the ball on the court, keep breathing freely, let´s to keep on touch, to share and see our respective agendas, points for keep helping to build a planet more safe, most faithful, and critical including as matter of reflection, our own boundaries, prejudices and mediocrities, for try to do better our services to the invisible, submarine people, into our respective communities, territorial and victuals. You are not alone, in this process, andwe know it, because we can see people like you, in everywhere, every day, every week, every month the point is HOW to keep on touch or recognize each other on the crowd and loneliness avenues or airports?

Si estás recibiendo esta tarjeta de navidad es porque en algún momento del año -y en ocasiones, durante muchos años- hemos estado tratando de entendernos contigo, en el marco de la festividad y la pasión, que es la vocación por la alteridad y la diferencia...para el logro de las metas y objetivos, que noshan obligado a desaprender las normas del capitalismo salvaje del siglo XIX, para aprender a jugar en equipos, cercanos o remotos,pero afines, amparados en la lógica estratégica: ganar-ganar en el siglo XX y XXI.
Apostar a construir por y desde la simbiosis -y no por el solipsismo y el individualismo- ha resultado la opción más barata y juiciosa para ahorrar los tiempos de espera de la curva de aprendizaje y de la experienciadentro de los modelos organizacionales e interorganizacionales de desarrollo -b2b, p2p, b2c- en la región, en el mundo no industrializado y en el planeta en su totalidad.
De ti de tus modos de ver la vida y la transición paradigmal, el mundo de los valores y cosmovisiones como guía para la toma de decisiones, y de tu contribución en la esfera de actividad en la que te has formado y has decidido aportar tu concurso solidario- hemos aprendido y seguiremos aprendiendo mucho, y este fin de año quizás sea la mejor de las ocasiones para decir gracias, renovando la devoción y vocación por el servir y sobrevivir juntos, hacia la conquista de metasde excelencia -en desempeño, gestión, calidad, motivación e innovación- mundiales, en 2005.
El punto es que ahora que estas cerca, como si te encuentras en las gélidas antípodas del planeta, mirando por los visillos del pasamontañas, las montanas nevadas, o la tundra o la selva, hay algo que nos acerca y no nos deja pensar, sin contar uno con el otro: es la fuerza del ejemplo, que independientemente del tamaño de tu organización o la nuestra, nos impele a la búsqueda del otro o la otra, como complemento en la diversidad de la cosmología y cibercultura contemporáneas, no importa si estas en invierno o en verano, como miembros de una familia universal: la especie humana, el país sensible, dulce y sin fronteras, al cual aspiramos -y al que tenemos legitimo derecho- tú y nosotros, junto a los mas de 6 mil millones de almas que viajamos en esta compleja nave llamada la tierra y de la cual ni podemos, ni nos queremos, bajar.
Ante los desafíos, aprendizajes, oportunidades y amenazas del futuro inmediato: no es tiempo de soliloquios, ni avestruces. Es hora de adviento, místico, ecuménico, de dar la cara con optimismo.
Ponerse de acuerdo, coordinar esfuerzos, vocaciones, formaciones, pasiones, razones, experiencias, expectativas y aspiraciones no es la mas cómoda de las formas de pensar la velocidad de respuesta en organizaciones, pero es la única garantía de pluralidad y participación, en los temas y motivaciones que nos unen, nos lanzan contra la desidia, la ignorancia, la alineación, la estupidez y la rutinización de los pensamientos, hacia la conquista, o el intento de pensar y hacer lo inédito, para el rescate de la memoria histórica y comunitaria.
Muchos de nosotros y nosotras -con una vena libertaria, ancestral en muchos casos- confundimos la operacionalidad dela libertad, soñando la democracia directa, la de los cantones suizos, donde todo el mundo participe en todo, decida todo, vote por todo, aunque tales deliberaciones consuman un milenio, en costos hundidos (overhead) por concepto de los tiempos de espera de comunidades y familias que demandan respuestas, fuera de nuestros ámbitos de coordinación o producción, en el barrio, la favela, la aldea rural, las cárceles, los hospitales, el jardín de infantes, las escuelas, los consejos municipales, las cooperativas, el gobierno, el municipio, la región, las empresas y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil.
Allí en las comunidades territoriales donde coexiste el pánico y la resistencia al cambio, con toda suerte de simplificaciones comerciales, sobre lo que es y no es la sociedad de la información y la comunicación y como podrían beneficiarse de ella, el hombre y la mujer comunes, de escasa escolaridad y prácticamente sin antecedentes, en la experiencia de procurarse los medios de vida en un mundo de hombres y mujeres que hablan múltiples lenguas y se coordinan en redes para el trabajo, la educación, la acción social o el ocio.
Pedir en la Internet o en cualquier lugar la democracia directa de los cantones suizos, es una cuestión difícil de llevar a la practica, comenzando por el hecho de que la demacración territorial cantonal, no existe como modelo universal y de que los niveles de escolaridad de tales ciudadanos, poco tienen en común con tus amigos, vecinos o colegas que viven en Africa, Europa del Este, Caribe, Oceanía, Asia o América Latina.
La premisa anterior es en si misma un absurdo, un derroche, porque coloca a todo el mundo en la raya de salida y no reconoce los antecedentes y perfiles socio-profesionales de las personas, la diversidad de los estilos de vida, ni de las intencionalidades al convocar a cocinar manjares suculentos, a muchos de nosotros y nosotras, que nunca desarrollamos competencias de cocina, para freír un huevo, sin accidentarnos.
Tal premisa que reniega de las especificidades, la división técnica del trabajo, las capacidades, las experiencias y las responsabilidades de la especialización, de los saberes específicos, de los sujetos en posición de discurso aunque no de su criticidad, como nota del pensamiento humano- de la contribución de la individualidad creadora en la paleta de conjunto de los colores del fresco que juntos estamos intentando dibujar, sin exclusiones, sobresimplicaciones o prejuicios,en todo el planeta.
Otra cosa es plantear como aspiración del sistema educativo yde las organizaciones civicas comprometidas en la construcción de ciudadanía, que llegara un dia con la capacitación adecuada en que cada ama de casa tenga la retroalimentación en un nivel tan alto, que sea capaz de entender su funcionamiento y dirigir el Estado. Esos son ideales logrables con voluntad política y las inversiones adecuadas en la gente, quehasta ahora es la única capaz de aprender a aprender. Pero antes de se conviertan en consigna deben estar presente ambos prerrequisitos de modo sostenible por un periodo indeterminado, aunque no corto, en la totalidad de los agentes de desarrollo de la sociedad.
No obstante, la administración como disciplina, nos ha enseñado que ese modelo de gestión el de los cantones suizos, en comunidades virtuales u organizaciones desvirtualizadas- seria la parálisis de la eficacia y la efectividad, que nos haría perder - oportunidades, dinero, prestigio, poder, visibilidad- en la medida en que seriamos mas burocráticos y lentos, incluso que el Estado, para el desarrollo de liderazgos no excluyentes y los procesos de toma de decisiones oportunas, sobre la base de la información completa,en lo que respecta al desarrollo humano y sostenible y su adaptación inteligente, al paradigma de la complejidad y la especialización flexibles, depende la supervivencia de nuestras culturas, organizaciones y economías, en los tiempos que corren.
La democracia y la participación, son una cosa muy distinta, implican una decisión inteligente, de gestionar, inducir, motivar yayudar a descubrir o desarrollar en cada individuo, en todo el mundo -en función de sus intereses y motivaciones mas intrínsecas-espacios participativos afines a las oportunidades de autorrealización, de su vocación manifiesta y el compromiso con las causas sociales de la agenda local, nacional y global de desarrollo humano, pensada en función no de los que ya estamos montados en cómodos camarotes de la virtualidad -como arca de la memoria colectiva- sino en función de aquellos que no han nacido, o ni siquiera se han enterado que existe tal arca comunitaria y conviven con nosotros, desde otras perspectivas y percepciones del tiempo, el espacio, la distancia o la comunicación humana. Más si sabemos que con uno y dos dólares por día, jamás alcanzaran a comprarse, por medios propios, un boleto de ida a ninguno de nuestros confortables camarotes.
El rol del Estado y de las organizaciones comunitarias de base es entonces clave en la definición de un paisaje de menores desventajas, para aquellos y aquellas, a quienes el mercado no alcanza con su mano invisible, pero tienen la urgente necesidad de no suicidarse, sino vivir en el contexto de los cambios permanentes, trabajando, estudiando y soportando las cargas del desempleo, el ajuste estructural, la perdidas de perspectivas o sentido de orientación en un mundo que corre paralelo, no sólo a sus modos y medios de compra como consumidores y ciudadanos, sino también a los modos de aprehender la realidad, y encontrar significado a una existencia tradicional y llena de sobresaltos, que es lo primero que les representa a ellos y ellas la sociedad abierta.
Ellos y ellas son la razón de muchos de nuestros sacrificios, pero tienen que ser tocados como beneficiarios/as y co-protagonistas de la Internet solidaria, por la capilaridad, el telecentro o locutorio publico, la inversión en nuevas alfabetidades y el grueso de los recursos para fortalecer las organizaciones, familias y comunidades, independientemente de que tengan: 10 ó 99 años de edad, algún nivel de discapacidad, raza, religión, orientación filosofía, sexual o política o ninguna experiencia en navegación: es su derecho, en la sociedad pluralista.
Por dónde comenzar tal proceso o acto de justicia social y revalorizacion del ser humano como el recurso mas valioso de nuestras naciones en el siglo XXI?? Pues por combinar la inclusión delos extremos de la distribución de los grupos de edad, en cualquier lado, proyecto o iniciativa. Unos, porque se nos van pronto, pronto y con ellos y ellas, se extinguirá para siempre, un eslabón,un trozo irrecuperable de la historia comunitaria, desde la perspectiva de la riqueza etno-lingüística de la oralidad y del testimonio del testigo presencial transepocal- y los niños y jóvenes, porque no alcanzaran a insertarse a su primer trabajo remunerado, sin las competencias lectoras y de búsqueda autonómica de orientación para la decisión y el trabajo en redes sociales, que les exigen o exigirán los distintos nichos y segmentos de mercado, tanto publico, como privado, con relación a las nuevas alfabetidades, en los próximos cinco o diez años, al ritmo que van nuestras sociedades y el propio mundo.
Hablamos de personas con derecho a ser informados, a investigar, a producir, acceder, modificar y analizar información para participar en la toma de decisiones que afectaran sus vidas actuales o futuras como ciudadanos, habitantes del planeta, miembros de una familia y de un territorio (hubo una época arborícola, pero nadie registro de alguien capaz de vivir en el aire, jamás).
No escatimar esfuerzos en tal sentido, es una prioridad alentadora, para la competitividad, la ciudadanía local y global, la gestión de micro y pequeños emprendimientos, la lucha contra la pobreza material y espiritual- y la reconversion del sistema y el aparato productivo, en los paises de menor desarrollo relativo: casualmente, donde esta el hogar de la mayoría de nosotros y nosotras.
ElEstadoen cualquier parte del mundo, aun a principios del siglo XXI, no es el mas ágil de los decidores, aunque es el único órgano que ha logrado mínimamente moderar las apetencias de quienes desean su destrucción, para entronizar la ley de los tiburones y las sardinas, en detrimento de los sectores vulnerables- de las decisiones oportunas, sobre la base de la información completa, y su adaptación inteligente, al paradigma de la complejidad y la especialización flexibles, depende la supervivencia de nuestras culturas, organizaciones y economías, en los tiempos que corren.
No pierdas la fe, si todo no sale a la velocidad de tus pensamientos o de la urgencia de los sectores sociales, culturales, económicos que representamos o creemos representar: la vida esta cambiando. La vida es ahora!!!
Nadie tiene la verdad absoluta en un planeta encandilado por los matices, tonalidades y texturas de los grises, el lugar de lo blanco o lo negro, en su estado prístino, impoluto, se achica, porque casi nadie con excepción de los fans o fanáticos de lo blanco o lo negro- lo quiere, ni se moviliza por sus encantos. Nos falta quizas el reposo, aristocrático tal vez-parafraseandoun tanto aBarthes- de poder escuchar, sin presiones: las razones, las motivaciones y las limitaciones o desconocimiento del otro o la otra, en el hogar, en la calle, en el club, en el centro laboral, en el partido político, en el sindicato, en la iglesia, en el bar, en el cine, en la disco, en cualquier lugar. También el error es una poderosa fuente de enseñanzas, si se esta atento y a tiempo para subsanarlo.
El trabajador del conocimiento es también un sujeto ávido de escuchar, no un pontífice, que impone arbitraria o tecnocraticamente recetas, el tiene otras argucias como la inteligencia emocional, para sobrevivir a la sobrecomunicación y a la perdida de centro de la vida en el planeta por estos días.
Cuando se trata de iniciativas colectivas que aspiran como la página o portal de Internet a tener docenas de visitas por día -o en el caso de comunidades como CIVILA, en Republica Dominicana, por ejemplo, que excede los 100 mil hits diarios- medir las necesidades, las pulsiones, deseos de ese flujo de personas, para garantizar la personalización y la satisfacción percibida y completas a partir de los criterios quizas veleidosos de la o el visitante, no los creadores del lugar virtual, como se sabe desde fines de los 80s para todo el sector servicios- expresada en la recompra, la vuelta a las actualizaciones, el sentido de pertenencia demanda herramientas automáticas para la captura, clasificación, segmentación geográfica, temática, por áreas o materias deinterés, prioridades, motivaciones y la captura de información personal de los usuarios, precisamente para brindarle a el o ella el servicio y detalle a que aspira con el mismo en su sistema de expectativas; o de lo contrario jamás alcanzara la personalización y la satisfacción completa de su cartera de clientes internos y externos.
Podrían ser cookies u otro tipo de solución, el punto es que al ojo por ciento no se garantizan los niveles mínimos de participación, ni retroalimentación, ni se optimizan las potencialidades de los perfiles, ni la mercadotecnia social de las bases de datos ni el cumplimiento de las proyecciones -de reclutamiento, inducción, capacitación, desarrollo y productividad- del personal voluntario, entre otros trastornos no menos evidentes de la prestación de bienes, procesos y serviciosde carácter comunitario, desde una herramienta virtual de consulta masiva y construcción o retroalimentacióncolectiva.
Actuar a contrario de la infinita mayoría de lugares autogestionarios, públicos y privados, seria un error imperdonable para la Internet social y solidaria. Habidas cuentas que tales herramientas, las de la automatización, se crearon para disminuir los costos de monitoreo, los servicios de valor agregado relativos a lapreventa, venta y postventa, por transacción o hit, siendo su antecesor, el contacto cara a cara entre un vendedor de ideas, un predicador por ejemplo y una audiencia.
Resulta incosteable aun para las empresas, construir la captura del feedback, basándose en la opción ineficaz del operador humano, que como el operador -en la era de la telefonía con hilos, de principios de siglo XX- personalice la entrega de los servicios o encuentro del visitante, prospecto o miembro del personal, remunerado o no, con el servicio o el inventario de ofertas en un portal institucional. Otra cosa es la venta, cesión o préstamo de tales datos a terceras partes, para fines de spam, en nuestra opinión ahí comienza el conflicto etico ciertamente, no en el cookie en si, si previo a la captura aparece una pantalla que advierte al visitante, la política con relación a tal recurso, y este acepta: a quien se hace daño así? Si el consentimiento consciente y libre en mayores de 13 anos, detiene cualquier queja a posteriori.
El futuro será jardín o pesadilla, dependiendo sólo de lo que hagamos con este segundo del presente: juntos, tú y nosotros, podremos contribuir a mover la balanza a favor de la paz, la tolerancia y la vida con dignidad, para todas y todos. Sin embargo, riente o sollozante: vive cada segundo como el ultimo!
El lugar del placer, es también un uso con sentido del existir, de la libertad. La alegría como telos irrenunciable, de la mano con la esperanza y los sudores para cristalizarlas.
Para ello mas que las buenas intenciones, necesitamos seguir invirtiendo en la capacitación y la experimentación, en la búsqueda de alternativas de precision,para la comprensión, la participación, la predicción la coproducción o el el desarrollo de propuestas de inclusión social, tal y como lo hemos venido haciendo, pero conmayor velocidad, sin perder de vista los impactos de todo aquello en lacalidad de vida de las comunidades virtuales y territoriales, en donde de cuando en cuando nos encontramos, conversamos y discutimos.
Un día no lejano nos habremos juntado tanto a debatir, compartir y competir por nuestras respectivas posiciones, autenticidades, visiones del mundo, que cada uno al mirarse al espejo y evocar el pasado, será un poco como el otro o la otra: el investigador será un poco actor o actriz del terreno, y viceversa, el artista se parecerá mas al agente, y viceversa.
El crisol, el melting pot, la creolización, la hibridación de saberes -experienciales, académicos, comunitarios o ciudadanos- es el sazón del existir, la pureza, sólo un resquicio para reivindicar los tabiques para las disciplinas, los secretos sacerdotales o la propiedad sobre el acervo cultural de la humanidad, con cuyos insumos jamás alcanzaremos la estatura del poeta, al sentirse plagiado en Il Postino: la poesía, no es de quien la hace, sino de quien la necesita,ni la máxima:el conocimiento, sólo adquiere su verdadero valor cuando se comparte.
La necesidad es la madre del ingenio y precisamente por esto lograremos sobrevivir a la presente y a las futuras crisis en el planeta, en el barrio, en el batey, en la autopista, por instinto de conservación. Tal supervivencia no será posible si solo contemplamos la vida pasar, hacen falta canales, motivaciones y estímulos a la participación libre y no censurada de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas en la vida presente y futura.
En los lugares más asimétricos y miserables, florecen las curas para los males a los grandes contrastres y brechas que hacen invisibles los instantes. Es cuestión de estar atentos y no perder de vista, a quien servimos con lo que sonamos, lo que creamos, lo que decimos o construimos
La vida esta adentro y afuera de la Internet, como posibilidad de compartir tiempo, esfuerzos, utopías y realidades, muchas de las cuales superan nuestras fuerzas y medios económicos, tecnológicos y de articulación social, pero al nacer cada día celebrando nuestras diferencias, vamos modificando temores y actitudes ancestrales de intolerancia y discriminación, haciéndonos nuevas y mejores personas, nuevas y mejores organizaciones, nuevas y mejores familias, nuevas y mejores ciudades.
Que bueno, que rico que no estamos de acuerdo en todo, porque eso nos deja un espacio para la defensa de la individualidad, evitando la uniformización o nivelación culturales, la castración de las cosmovisiones y despeja el fantasma del surgimiento del mito de la unidad-verdad-totalidad, las linealidades que nos cortan las alas.
Ser diferentes, es también, la única garantía de pensar, participar y construir -en los hechos- los valores, las metas y objetivos inclusivos que dan sentido a nuestra vida, la noción de que otro mundo, menos inclemente, menos indolente, es posible tan plural e irrepetible,como la imaginación humana.
